The Sikh Games has selected Loughborough University as its inaugural UK host for this summer’s milestone multi-sport event. Bringing together the Sikh community from across the UK, Loughborough will welcome over 2,000 participants from 35 different regions. Researchers from Aston University have found that people following healthy eating accounts on social media for as little as two weeks ate more fruit and vegetables and less junk food. Previous research has shown that positive social norms about fruit and vegetables increases individuals’ consumption.
