Ferrari North Europe celebrates successful National Apprenticeship Week events

Ferrari North Europe is celebrating another successful National Apprenticeship Week after more than 200 young people visited Official Ferrari Dealerships across the UK to gain insight into careers with the Prancing Horse.

Throughout the week, Ferrari Dealers opened their doors to showcase the opportunities available through the Ferrari Apprenticeship Programme, now in its 15th year. Attendees were given exclusive behind-the-scenes access to Ferrari workshops and showrooms, where they discovered what it takes to work with one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands.

Guests had the chance to meet both current apprentices and graduates of the programme, who shared their experiences and insights into Ferrari’s renowned training scheme. Attendees also had the unique opportunity to get up close with a range of Ferrari models, from iconic classics to the latest innovations, including the 296 GTB and the Purosangue.

Apprentice technicians spoke about their training journey, which culminates in an official qualification and the ability to work independently across the full Ferrari model range. They also highlighted the opportunities available, including Ferrari’s Classiche Training for historic models and hands-on experience with motorsport through the Ferrari Challenge UK race series.

Ferrari North Europe remains committed to fostering the next generation of automotive talent, and the success of National Apprenticeship Week 2025 further reinforces the programme’s impact in shaping future careers.

Candidates interested in applying for the September 2025 intake should contact their local Ferrari dealer or visit: www.ferrariapprenticeship.co.uk.

Notes to Editors:

Candidates of all ages with at least 5 GCSEs (at grade 4 or above) can apply for an apprenticeship at an Official Ferrari Dealer in one of the following roles:

Service Technician – 3-year apprenticeship

Service Advisor – 2-year apprenticeship

Parts Advisor – 2-year apprenticeship

Each role includes on-the-job training under the guidance of Ferrari Master Technicians, alongside classroom-based theoretical and practical training at Ferrari’s Training Centre in Berkshire.

Since its launch in 2011, the Ferrari North Europe Apprenticeship Programme has become the primary route into the brand, with many apprentices progressing into senior roles such as Workshop Manager, Service Manager, or even Sales Executive.

Ferrari North Europe’s investment in its Apprenticeship facilities exceeds £500,000 and includes:

A commitment from Official Ferrari Dealers in the UK to take on at least one apprentice per intake.

Two purpose-built classrooms for technical training.

A fully equipped 324 sq m workshop featuring two vehicle ramps and over £20,000 worth of specialist tools and equipment.

A dedicated Ferrari Technical Training Instructor delivering tuition for the programme.

Access to a range of Ferrari vehicles and service parts for hands-on training, including models such as the 296 GTB, SF90 Stradale, and Purosangue.
